When posting Bail in South Florida you are required to provide your families personal and financial  banking information you wouldn’t just give to anybody.

Did you know you could find out online if your Bondsman is qualified and actively appointed by the Florida Department of Insurance.  The Department of Financial Services - licensee search service can provide names and addresses of  licensees with at least one active license in the state of Florida, as well as providing the companies with which the licensees have active appointments.
